Consulting
Providing advice and support regarding controlled environment agriculture, waste, and other related topics.
This can include;
Feasibility study – site identification, product options, design, and construction considerations
Tender documents for the creation of a controlled environment project
Expert advice on all matters related to CEA, waste, and similar projects
Managed Service
ZeroMile can provide a managed service CEA model – where we can design and build a farm facility, hand asset ownership, and operational management back to the customer, and then provide regular ongoing expert support regarding the technical areas of CEA farming.
This enables a customer to manage and control the business – sales channel, staffing, and other business-related areas while having the comfort of a technical expert partnering with them to ensure the farm runs efficiently and effectively.
Examples include;
Agronomist expertise (crop selection, pest management, etc.)
Growing efficiency improvements (growing system improvements, substrate, fertilizer blend, etc.),
Workflow and system improvements (IT, solar, lighting, etc.).
